Negative experience: If you want to lose your money, then book your travel through Eco Travels Lower Hutt. As they don’t know how to conduct working in a professional manner and understanding the key to communication and following their own Terms and Conditions. My husband and I had to cancel our flights due to medical reasons (that was not known prior to booking our flights) and we provided Eco travels with a medical certificate 20 days before our flight was due. If you look at Part 4 of their Terms and Conditions its states that you need to provide them with 48hrs notice prior to departure. This is very common practice with many airline policies. For example, if you look on Qantas Airlines terms and conditions they state the same thing 48hrs NOTICE. We are very disappointed, and we will not recommend ECO Travels to anyone. Money doesn’t grow on trees.

They both have been always helpful even in emergencies and given me the best fare that they can find. Always had smooth experience with the bookings. Negative experience: Bad customer service. Told me to cancel the flights and i can book in future with him and get discounts (kinda $$$ from my cancelled flight) and I did act Accordingly. Few months later I asked him and he said he can’t do it as no flights availability while I checked it myself and it was there. What a liar. Also I called him he didn’t pick - no call back - and left a message on watsapp he seen it - no reply to that either for next 24 hours. Three times Ive experienced that he didn’t pick the calls and no reply and said that he’s sick (which I doubt) Bro if you’re the only one tryna do eveything on your own and struggle to run the business might as well hire a staff for more customer support or shut the business down. Thanks
