Fantastic experience: Sam was amazing, as always. We asked him to help us with our trip given the uncertainties around travel at the moment and we're so pleased we did as even simple bookings became pretty challenging. We also appreciated the heads up on checking details on our travel insurance even though we hadn't purchased our policy through HoT. Would happily recommend getting HoT to help you plan your next trip :)

With the New Zealand borders now open we have seen a huge increase in demand for travel which is fantastic, however due to the impact of Covid-19 on the travel industry over the past few years we are still in the process of recruiting staff members to manage all of this enquiry. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am-3.30pm, if your call does not get answered we encourage our clients to please leave a voice message as these are checked regularly during the day and calls are returned.
