Positive experience: The staff service is patient, but there were several times when no one answered the phone.

Negative experience: It was a terrible experience with XI YANG YANG HOLIDAYS . We booked New Zealand 10 days holiday in April 2019.The hotel room we stayed in Greymouth was old , full of mould smell,small and noisy( car can be driven pass our door ) Hotel in Christchurch was not Ibis hotel in the city like brochure said. it was far away from the city , small ,noisy room.(again any car can pass our doorstep ) 7people of our tour group lodged a complaint to tour company which was XI YANG YANG HOLIDAYS, never had any response. A lot of other things also made us feel bad when we were on the tour .
