Fantastic experience: Greeted with a smile. They were preparing to host an evening event but stopped to attend to me. Great knowledge. Kind and friendly. Travel insurance was well explained and suggested good ideas to help break up the long haul trip.

Usually I am let down with what amounts to customer service these days as I have had some poor experiences. However, my dealing with Eilish were truly 5 -star. She was prompt with her responses and answered every question that I put to her. I would happily work with her again in the future.

Negative experience: Great how much time Tania took to discuss my travel ideas, but VERY disappointing that everything is on line, no travel brochures or tour itinerary in paper form with photos as I had hoped, it all takes the easiness and fun out of chosing holiday destinations and things to see and do.

Negative experience: Spur of the moment....920am 1st june Walking by ....thought to then book the Mrs a flight to Samoa ... Walk up the stairs.... Big sign says only phone bookings No one sitting in the 2desks visible from the door entrance.... No sign of anyone So turned away and left ..... Lost opportunity of a customer

Negative experience: Fobbed off! they didn't have time for me and just dumped a whole lot of catalogues on me (none of them for Russia or China). And said they couldn't help with Russia/China travel anyway. This after I contacted them the week earlier to make an appointment (and was told that no appointment was necessary)
