World Travellers Gisborne - Elliott Travel

Negative experience: Luisa Walsh only allowed 1 hr for me to get from Auckland National to catch my flight from Auckland International. Flight was closed and I had to pay for another flight. She refused to take accountability for their incompetent service and would not reimburse me. Do not recommend her or their service.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of engaging with Luisa to organize my flights and seats and travel insurance to Cambodia. Luisa made the process effortless she is very professional in everything she does. Kept me informed all the way through. In fact I have now engaged Luisa to organize flights seats ,accommodation travel insurance with a 12 night cruise. Out of Singapore!! For 17 people.
