Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with the team at Helloworld now for several years having them organise our group to go overseas diving! The care and knowledge that they have is why we are repeat customers. When Covid hit it was a very stressful time for them (and luckily with Kim’s drive) the business survived. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My sister Michelle and I walked into Helloworld unannounced,as we had not heard from the first travel agent we were trying to book with and after 3 months of getting nowhere thought we would give Helloworld a go. We were going away to the USA for 5 weeks. We met with Ellise and within 24 hours we had a draft itinerary. All flights and there were a lot of them, hotels a tour and activities were tentatively booked. Over the next few weeks a few things were added and tweaked. We had the most amazing trip without any hiccups and can only thank Ellise for her amazing work organising our trip. Ellise is currently booking our next trip in April to the Gold Coast and again Ellise and Helloworld have been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Helloworld.

Negative experience: There no surprise that I would write this review. After a year of broken promises, I walk away losing $400 and a lesson in not how to treat your costumers. Pro tip to management of "hello world", If you can't balance refunds raising your voice doesn't make you right, it proves you are not willing to confess to all the hidden charges in you booking system. Thank you for your reply, At no stage was I aggressive and never slammed my hands down on a desk. the figures quoted are incorrect and shows the how professional your company is. I was told hotels were paid, (hence no refund for hotels payment) however a phone call confirmed no payment was made. Why let the truth get in the way of a good story. I note there are other reviews that support my comments as of late. I have close the book on this negative experience.

Negative experience: All is great if you go ahead ... if there any issues the manager gets extremely personal and extremely hostile in the end gave up over $300 just to close the chapter on this negative experience... go palmerston north branch at own risk.

Negative experience: Couple weeks back went online to look at prices. Found a good flight so popes in to hello world Palmerston north in the early morning. Got a quote so went home to talk to my wife. Came back few hours later in afternoon to pay Fir ticket. Just before I paid I asked again if it include every thing taxes etc. The answer was yes. An hour later after I got a quote and paid, I get a call oh sorry you need to pay extra $700 for file tax we forgot to charge it. So when going there just double check they do including all cost in to your ticket otherwise they will try get it from later on and the good price become not so good.
