Fantastic experience: Holly Bevington was very helpful from start to finish, even with my dumb questions (as I’ve never flown anywhere or travelled out of nz) she was vey accommodating, she went above and beyond even stayed longer then she needed when I did final payment on our tickets

Fantastic experience: I had been trying to book a flight online when I was told my bank that I had a limit on my card and couldn’t make the purchase. I was highly emotional and in tears when I went to the store - I thought that my hope to go home to SA for Xmas was done. Zoe was so calm and empathized with me and assured me that she would be able to help me. She went through the options and gave me different suggestions. I left the store feeling at ease and happy. I’m so excited to be going home to my beautiful country to bring in the new year ♥️ thank you Zoe!

Fantastic experience: We used Emma at house of travel New Plymouth for a recent trip to Rarotonga. Emma went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was everything and more. Nothing was ever a hassle. As our first time travelling to the Cook Islands, we had lots of questions, Emma was always quick to respond. We were also given lots of recommendations on things to do during our stay that we should book in advance, meaning, we didn’t miss out on anything. Emma was wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to book there next holiday, I will definitely use her again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Always got back to us as soon as possible if she wasn't available at the time. Although some changes were made by us, we always felt that Janine was there for us and gave us time.

Fantastic experience: Sindy was fantastic. She planned our honeymoon to Fiji and everything was perfect! She worked with us with patience through a coupe of different options, and the one we went ahead with could not of gone better. From boarding the plane, to airport and boat transfers, and accommodation check-in. Everything was so easy and seamless and took the stress away from us so we could just enjoy our holiday together. The HOT app is super helpful too. Would recommend the team and we will be using them again the next time we are lucky enough to go away somewhere.

Negative experience: Omg, where do I start? Absolute nightmare trying to sort out a date change on my mum's booking. The agent I dealt with was nice but she had zero knowledge of the process and costs. Lots of back and forth emails, reminder calls etc, I got so fed up and had to give them an ultimatum to get it done. I have dealt with different travel agents before with no issues. Not recommended at all

Fantastic experience: We are going to a wedding in Melbourne in June, so I thought the best way to do that would be to go to a travel agent. I highly recommend House of Travel for all your travel needs, I used them in 2018 for a 7 week trip to the UK.

When I wanted to return early and was exploring various options of how I might do that, Tracey research the options for me and gave very wise advise. I would not hesitate in recommending House of Travel and I will certainly use them again.

During these difficult times, showing true professionalism, Sindy has managed to recover the majority of the costs of our planned trip to the U.K. This trip has of course been all put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
