Fantastic experience: Contacted Scott from a cruise ship off the coast of Ecuador to arrange flights home to NZ urgently. One phone call and an email and it was all sorted. Great service, and he phoned after we got home to make sure we were OK. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Negative experience: I've been there multiple times to buy train tickets and they aren't even in the store half the time. Just today I was met with a "be back at 4:30" sign, and it wasn't even 2:30 yet.
