Negative experience: Rosie grimwood . Yes very grim the whole experience and house of travel apparently they are hubs and no one takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. Save your money and call cruise line directly they are not honest or reliable

Negative experience: They took 2 minutes to take my details, then told me they would arrange an appointment and ushered me out the door. I recieved a booking recommendation later that day and never saw them in person again. I had hoped to ask for some advice as this is my first time travelling abroad. Prior to leaving for my trip I asked for clarification on some things mentioned in the itinerary, and they wouldn't directly answer my questions and were generally unhelpful.
