Negative experience: If you are travelling to New Zealand, please don’t use this agency. Helpless agency. Bad experience. It’s not fair how students must make their own way in a new environment without support.

Positive experience: Great service! Only the Egali house needs maintenance... The toilet lid is loose, the shower has mold, nobody deserves that... But overall it's reasonably comfortable. They provide a lot of support, guidance, and tips that really help with the exchange program! The schools are also very good! I stayed at EC, I believe it's one of the best in the area.
