I've needed to make changes to my plans so many times I couldn't even begin to count them, but Gaylene has been completely understanding every time and just continued to do the best job imaginable for us.

We have ended up with a holiday package that we are sure will exceed our original expectations. As inexperienced travelers Carols advise and knowledge was invaluable. All the bookings (flights/accommodation and rental car) were completed and confirmed within an hour or two of our first contact with Carol. Fantastic service overall.
