Fantastic experience: Great job from Rahul and Ankita in person and Rahul Sharma and Rahul Rawat through the contact centre. Ankita and Rahul were flexible and pleasant and got me a great deal on my trip to India and other places on Asia. Rahul Sharma and Rahul Rawat in the contact centre were extremely hardworking and communicative with booking and changing flight times to suit my families needs. I will definitely be booking all my future trips with Eco Travel, New Lynn.

Fantastic experience: We purchased ticket from them and out air line have some time changes so we requested Tithi, who was handling our issue that if she can arrange something with less wait time at the airport. She very professionally handled our issue and arranged much better air line with our time requirements without and added cost and following up hassles. Surely I would like to give full stars and recommendations for Tithi whenever looking for ticket booking from Eco travel.

Negative experience: Dont buy tickets through them if you even have slightest chance that you might have to cancel tickets or if you are booking for your parents . They are HORRIBLE in refunding Money . Will keep giving you false promised for refund and will also ignore your phone calls. Also spoken to Airline about refund and Airline jas confirmed thats refund was issued to ECO Travel long time ago. Lesson learned , next time with contact Airline directly to book tickets . They might be few dollars expensive but has better After Sale service Waiting for refund since 28 November 2023.

Negative experience: Recently contacted them to change the date of my ticket(flexi Ticket) and asked for the price for date change and they said it would cost me Nz $389. I was shocked and contacted the airlines and they did it just for Nz $55.00. This is not what we expect from you anyways thanks for your loyal service. Response to your promt reply: As per your reply you said rates may fluctuate but in my scenario it didn’t change when I contacted your agent twice in 48hrs the rate was same $389.00?? At the same time I contacted the airlines even there rate didn’t fluctuate in 48hrs it was also same $55.00. It was not one time call or chat it was twice conversation between us. Finally I would like to conclude it was not my assumption that’s the fact. Thanks

Negative experience: Hi have two tickets to book one from akld to toronto return for me and wife from delhi to akl. Expedia was giving me cheaper I rang them they said yes we can book same but little expensive then expedia. He issue me ticket with 12 hrs stay. I gave him ticket 2hrs transit ....totally third class. I used to book 2011 back then it was ok . Don't recommend . Better check dates and timing through expedia. U will get premium economy and better service....thanks
