Positive experience: I had a great experience with Zoe as she was very helpful and provided information and helpful details about our upcoming trip. I contacted her via email and she was very prompt to responding.

Negative experience: The most inept company I have ever dealt with.Cost us $3500 by booking our holiday on the wrong date. Partially our fault for not double checking tickets, but when you ask their representative, ( Zoe) , to book for easter weekend, and pay an agreed premium being such a hot travel time, you don't expect them to make your bookings a week prior. When we complained their customer relations team maintained they had sent us a series of email, prior to departure date, that quite simply were never sent to us, then never answered any of our further correspondence. Would never go near this company again

Negative experience: There's no way I will ever go through this travel agency again and I'll make sure my family and friends don't either and il be posting on social media how bad they are.Zoe is a liar and needs to update her PR skills.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend New Plymouth Flight Centre enough - very friendly customer service, fast response times to any issues, and they are able to communicate clear concise booking info for any trip. I have been privileged to have used Zoe Walker's services in booking two trips: a trip last year to Ghana and another to Perth and Japan. All of these trips have been complex in terms of securing connecting flights as well as accommodation but she was able to help with all issues that arose, provide comfortable solutions, and overall give my husband and I, some peace of mind, particularly with one of the trips being our honeymoon. Again, thank you Flight Centre New Plymouth team! Great mahi!

Fantastic experience: I was wanting to organise an overseas trip for my 30th birthday next year and Lisa has made the whole experience of booking flights and accommodation an absolute breeze - not to mention she was also able to find cheaper flights than I could! Lisa has been extremely knowledgeable and efficient when responding to emails and has already provided me with so many recommendations for things to see and do on our trip! No question has been an issue which has made me feel extremely valued during this exciting time. I could not recommend Lisa enough and will definitely continue to use her for future trips.

Negative experience: New Plymouth…Came in first time was told they will send me the details of trip , months later not heard so I went in again and told the lady, she said she will also send details and ring, nearly month later nothing, and then walked in again and they were busy the 3 there did not even acknowledge me for the nearly 5 minutes of standing there,, could of just said something …spend my money at another centre

Fantastic experience: The team at New Plymouth Flight Center have been amazing to deal with. We booked our Europe flights through them in 2018 for travel in 2019; they made the process so easy! We decided while we were away (2019) we would travel to the states in 2020. Well we all know what happened in 2020! Lisa has been fabulous with the fast responses and keeping us up to date with all the changes/cancelation/refunds that come with the pandemic travel disruptions that the world is living with now. Thank you Lisa for all your help and we will be back in to deal with you again

Negative experience: We went in to find out about a holiday to Europe, 2 girls were there, neither greeted us which was odd as no other customers were in the shop, so I approached the closest and quickly explained we were looking for some info then as we stood there awkwardly I said "shall we sit?" response was "sit, stand, I don't care, I'm looking at lunch menus" she literally had no interest in giving any advice about any travel, funny that being in a TRAVEL AGENTS. The other one wasnt interested either. Needless to say we left pretty quickly and let her get on with what she was going to pick for lunch. Second time I've found this place unhelpful and not interested in providing any sort of service. There won't be a third

Negative experience: Really rude girl at NP store Zoe, unhelpful and unprofessional. Honestly Flight Centre, is that not YOUR job to help customers given the exorbidant costs and your personal mark ups ? Useless - don't bother calling, do yourself a favour and cut out the middle man and book yourself !

Fantastic experience: Jennifer tume was awesome to deal with while organising our honeymoon to Rarotonga. As covid was nearing an end but with restrictions still semi in place she did the best job at reassuring me and helping me understand everything surrounding that. We ended up having the best time and will use her again for our next family holiday! Always available and was quick to respond to any and all of my queries. She went above and beyond and we are grateful for that! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: From day dot my experience in dealing with Lisa Vooght from Flight Centre New Plymouth has been nothing short of incredible, her ability to share the stress experienced through several flight changes due to COVID made it so much easier knowing I had someone there to call HELP ! her communication and being informative through the process keeping me up to date and issuing so many ticket changes with a smile was just impeccable, I don't know how you keep doing it with a smile , so much compassion and poise through all the stress Lisa but keep doing it, You're great at it, I now take comfort knowing I have my own Lisa I can trust to call on for all my future travel needs !! :)

Fantastic experience: A BIG shout out to Jennifer Tume for her awesome effort these past few days, searching and securing my ticket from NP to Australia on an Air NZ Covid free flight. I'd raced in Wednesday morning with my urgent request, and when I returned at 4.30pm, my options were presented. The lengthy wait time was a shock, so (albeit closing time) I asked if she'd book my flights immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, and all documents and information were ready for pick up the next day as arranged. Excellent communication, extremely helpful and sincerely thrilled with Jennifer's service.

Fantastic experience: Due to the cancellation of my flights (from a different, and very impersonal online platform) I needed to urgently purchase new tickets from Europe to NZ. Flight Centre was the solution to my problem. I had the pleasure of being put through to Lisa Vooght, who not only managed to provide me with a range of flights, but also called directly from NZ to Europe, which sped up the process immensely. She was super helpful, incredibly kind, and very professional. I highly recommend her, and will definitely be using her services in the future!

Positive experience: We were dealing with Lisa Vooght and found her to go above and beyond the call of duty. We were in contact with her so many times we became embarised as this wasn't always during work hours due to time zones. We were put into lock down in South Africa and if you have ever been in South Africa you will understand that this country is not the best place in the world to be put into lock down. Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service that we received and will certainly be thinking twice before using them again. The delayed responses to my queries, lack of contact and communication but when you are overseas with a huge time difference where nobody speaks English, the 24/7 support that is promised should be available. Not impressed and will be contacting the Manager to lay a formal complaint.

Positive experience: I got Cruiseabout to plan our 1st Cruise from New Zealand to Fiji. My husband and I have never been on a cruise before.Before we left Cruiseabout was taken over by the Flight Centre. All our bookings and payments were accepted by Simon Matthew's and everything was organized by him. We had Australian dollars but in Fiji the locals want Fiji money. The food was so delicious and there was plenty of different food available.There was plenty of things to do on board. The swimming pool was open early except one day when the sea was rough+then it opened a bit later. You could dress up at night to go listen to a band or be as casual as you wanted. There was two different bars.Massages, facials.shoulder massage, teeth whitening, face creams etc to buy. ♥️❤️
