Fantastic experience: We met Jess at Happy Tour Office Queenstown to discuss tours to Doubtful Sound plus Milford Sound. We found Jess very helpful and very conscientious by even replying to our text and emails after office hours as our tour was cancelled on a number of dates due to an avalanche warning. Jess managed to get us rescheduled and we eventually were able to go, which was awesome. We would recommend anyone who is keen to see the Sounds like us to contact Jess and RealNZ as they were great.

Fantastic experience: After a disappointing start in Queenstown due to food poisoning, unfortunately we only had 2 days to cram in some sight seeing, we booked our Milford sound tour on our 2nd last day only to get out to the flight centre to be advised it was cancelled, totally bummed out I called Nick who swung into action booking us on Mount Earnslaw Heli adventure of a life time, he really turned our day around, he was right it was an amazing experience and he even walked us up to the pick up spot, great guy with great energy, friendly, accomodating and understanding we would highly recommend you take some of his tips to make the most out of your stay in Queenstown

He even helped us hire a car with pickup and drop off in Queenstown so we didn’t need to trek it to the car hire location. We even had some activities cancelled, due to bad weather, and Benji helped us to rebook and tried to help us find alternative activities to make the most of our time in Queenstown. Absolute legend!
