Negative experience: Please never buy tickets from these *****. Last year( may) i bought ticket for india of Singapore airline but due to medical condition my wife could not travel and we re booked ticket after one week from travel link of Malasiya airline because and then saurav said I’ll get my fully refund but now after 8/9 months he’s saying Singapore airline not giving refund . He’s such a liar just making fool to so many people.i asked to Singapore airline and airline said agent still hasn’t requested for refund and your ticket is still open.

Negative experience: No reply after taking my money terrible customer service from Sourabh and terrible experience with COVID impacted Travel! stay away. Remove the star, its that bad.

Negative experience: Scam alert! Made payment pre covid after trusting Sourabh, since payment I have not been able to use my credit and they fail to acknowledge my credit and not responded to me. They are very open to receiving deposits, then the service ends.

Negative experience: Warning! Please DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PLACE! I booked tickets with Sourabh just prior to COVID and till this day I never got my $720 back nor credits that I can re-use with them. No responses to emails, messages or phone calls. This place is a scam. Unfortunately, I trusted Sourabh and Vijeta.

Negative experience: I had tickets purchased prior to Covid with Travel Links and because of lockdowns I had to cancel my trip last minute. Since the borders have re-opened earlier this year, I asked them to use my credits which I had already paid for. They said I cannot use my credit and they could not even tell me how much credit I have with them. And now I have been asking and waiting for 10 months and they are still unsure how much credit I have left and whether or not I could use the credit at all. If it wasn't for the credit I have with them I would not even bother booking any more trips with Travel Links. Feels like I am being held hostage here with them taking my money and there is nothing I can do but wait. I know it is difficult for travel agencies but customer service is beyond terrible with hardly any responses.

Fantastic experience: East or west Travel Link is the Best, Travel Link always think about Customer. I joined them since 2013 & I always get good Fair,Good Flight ✈️. One thing I also want to added that Vijeta is the best employee in the Travel Link keep it up guys

I have so many questions and enquiries but she is so patience and friendly, she provided all the information. She is very professional and know really well about her job.
