Ended up booking with someone else for much cheaper than she quoted and via the arline and route I had wanted

Fantastic experience: Bev, Kristelle & the team were super helpful in arranging our school holiday trip to Cambridge. Great knowledge of hotels, attractions and deals - they found us a great 'winter warmer' deal at Hidden Lakes hotel and booked us on the Hobbiton tour all for a price we couldn't beat ourselves. We will definitely be back to book our next trip.

Negative experience: Don't book flights from here because they don't follow their policy. my sister booked a flight from here spending nearly $3000, because of change of plans we wanted to postpone the date of her flight and they saying it can't be changed, no refund nothing can't happen nothing. Next time I will choose another agency but not this one for sure and I will not take Cathay Pacific as well. Lesson learned that spend some extra but choose good quality.
