Negative experience: Invercargill store did not have enough staff available to help as deal expired on Friday. I tried to book via website for Vivid deal in Sydney. They had us flying from Invercargill to Christchurch then to Wellington then to Sydney and then on the return trip Sydney to Queenstown and then to Christchurch and finally back to Invercargill. I would of thought they could do far better than this. We were flexible with the dates. I decided I would book the trip myself.

Negative experience: Went to start the process for booking a family holiday. I was asked to wait. Waited for 20 to 30 mins. A couple came in and were seen immediately. Maybe their money was a better colour? I noped out of there.

Negative experience: Sorry please don't use the name of Tony Laker. He was fantastic and will be sadly missed. Now it's just another travel agent nothing special.Probably worse then Flight Centre

Negative experience: Recently booked business class tickets to Perth we wanted these so we could use the perks of the club lounge to bath our new born before making the trip from aukland to perth however the agent with 30 years "experience" neglted to tell us since June last year all clubs ect were shut at the airport we were also not given al the correct paperwork to fill out for Australian border security not to mention that the request for a bassinet was not correctly submitted to the airline we wrote a letter to the owner of house of travel and all he did was deflect save yourself form this poorly run outfit with a lack of knowledge of the changing climate and go elsewhere
