Negative experience: Would not recommend booking with Masterton. Or any other flight center We have always booked our flights with flight center for years with no issues because of smooth sailing . This year we actually needed assistance from an Agent . On our flight from Wellington to Germany we managed to get stuck in Dubai Airport (1 night in bangkok , 2 nights Dubai) ) We rung Flight Center and the answer was ..we can't help ! On are on your own . No help or follow ups what's so ever. We slept 3 nights on the floor in the Airport, lost our holiday due to delays , lost our luggage, never got value information (Captains Pack Plus) from the Flight Center which costed us our luggage alliwance at the end . On top of all, the so recommended travel insurance 'Cover More' does not want to pay for our son's lost luggage. Apparently he wasn't added to the ✈️. He clearly was ! Any thoughts ?? the recommended travel insurance seems to be the worst on the planet It would be good if you could finally help out with the issues we had on our booking . Flight no. Negative experience: Today I walked in to make travel arrangements with flight centre i sat for 15mins with no Welcome or Goodmorning from either staff just to be acknowledge that they wouldn't be long would of been nice but to not be spoken to at all the customer service was unpleasant and unprofessional by both workers

Fantastic experience: While shopping around for a set of flights with some very specific requirements, my wife and I had been quoted as high as $5,000 by other companies. After just a brief discussion with Karen Jelas about our requirements, she had found us EXACTLY what we wanted including extra baggage with great airlines for just over $3,000 and sent us our quote and itinerary immediately. If this wasn't enough, her service after having made the sale has been comprehensive, reassuring and a huge time saver. I could not recommend Flight Centre or Karen Jelas' services enough. Fantastic experience: Just want to give the biggest thank you to Karen Jelas for her excellent service in our 3rd time lucky to get to Rarotonga. Karen you kept having to change flights accommodation etc over covid. You were outstanding, amazing and followed through on everything. We loved the Crown beach resort and will definitely stay there next time. Thank you for getting us there and following up on all the paper work into Rarotonga back to NZ and the Rako science tests. Fantastic experience: After months of trying to get back to Perth to my residence I can’t thank Karen Jelas enough for every effort she took to getting me home and making it possible. Between no flights to options with charter flight to the now which Karen succeeded on getting me booked on a MIQ seat, which I never thought would be possible. I am finally flying home tomorrow after being a part from my husband and kids for 7 months and feel like I have won the lottery, with a MIQ hotel quarantine price tag. The perseverance, the professionalism, the continuous caring support Karen gave me I will be forever grateful to you Karen. I wouldn’t and couldn’t of done this without you. Thank you so so much, with your determination and caring heart was an incredible success to getting me back to my family. Your an amazing top lady in every way. Fantastic experience: We had some major issues with flights that needed to get back to wellington after MI Karen at Masterton Flight Center was amazing. We couldn't fix the problem but she tried for a good couple of hours over 2 days to do the best she could to help. Thanks Karen and flight center

Negative experience: Had a booking to speak with someone. Arrived on time and both agents were busy. I didn't expect them to stop talking to their customers and boot them out to talk to us however we sat there for 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged. A simple "Hi, we'll be with you soon" or "We are likely to be another 20 minutes if you want to come back" would have sufficed. We did not even get a glance, just completely ignored. It had taken us 3 weeks to find childcare so we could spend an hour without kids to try and book a holiday. Flight Centre did not help us. We left and went to the opposition across the road and received fantastic service.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless. Had the worst experience ever with this company and would never recommend them. The 'Travel Expert' never followed up on anything. I had to keep going into the office to get any answers. I had to ring 3 days prior to our holiday as there had been no contact, no tickets issued and no reply to messages left. We have had to claim insurance on our holiday as our flight was cancelled and we missed the connecting cruise ship. I have submitted all the required paper work to the 'Travel Expert' to finish processing 4 weeks ago. Guess what, just rung the insurance company to see what is taking so long and nothing has been submitted! Appalling service and very disappointed. Worst experience ever, and it is still not over. Still waiting for them to reply to my last answerphone message so I can track down my paper work for the insurance claim. My advice: choose a different company.
Fantastic experience: I can't talk enough about the service I got here. It was above and beyond. The staff member who delt with us was amazing, would certainly go back if I ever want to travel again.

Negative experience: Very poor service, understaffed, I Booked ticket and when it came to paying for it, they can not make time for it. They do not answer the phone, always an answerphone. Last time I was there she told me she just want to finish and go home, bloody hell, how long does it take to accept money and issue proper documentation, useless useless useless
