Fantastic experience: Anil has been our travel agent for many years. His professionalism and efficiency is second to none. He goes above and beyond to help when unexpected challenges occur while on holiday eg on our last trip to Queensland one of our internal flights were cancelled due to a weather event. Anil made every effort to rebook suitable flights for another day as per our requests. On many other occasions , he displayed amazing customer service including organising urgent overseas trips after office hours. .

Negative experience: Went in for some advice and quote on Sat 11th Nov for a trip to Fiji. Advice was ok. Promised us a quote but nothing received. Disappointing for us.

Fantastic experience: Booked a cruise with Sandy Theron and it was easy to book and very clear and concise instructions and information. This is the fourth booking and won't be the last. I found it a very pleasant and overall satisfying process with great variety of destinations and times offered. Easy and reliable answer all questions straight away. Hassle free would highly recommend.

We popped over the road & instantly Anil was warm and welcoming and onto it. 5 minutes later we walked out with our holiday booked & it was well within our budget! Fantastic experience: Anil is the perfect travel agent; he finds the flights that are difficult to connect to ,and manages to produce an itinerary that matches our requirements, and all the time trying to keep the flight costs as low as possible. Fantastic experience: We booked our trip to Europe with Anil at Helloworld Birkenhead and then due to news of a serious family illness, 3 weeks out from the date of travel we had to postpone. Anil took care of everything and nothing was a problem. We changed the trip completely and Anil booked planes, trains and accommodation. The service was exceptional and Anil took away all the stress.
