Negative experience: Sadly, they didn't respond to my online inquiry using their portal. So they only get one star from me. To add some context, I was traveling around on a yacht in Fiji with limited access to the internet. It made perfect sense to make a detailed online inquiry. The response I have since received is mediocrity at its best. When will we stop using the pandemic as an excuse for not delivering resnoble service. An automated system like Hubspot would be better than no response to a ligit inquiry. The irony is they have the capacity to respond to my honest feedback.

Negative experience: Not very helpful, it would be more helpful if they sent the exact time my flight was leaving, instead of 3 different times and 4 different gates, I just turned up at the airport as early as possible, and worked it out from there at the airport,

Positive experience: great service by very friendly staff, you can gaurantee that the food is fresh and delicious, the drinks are great and definitely don't have to worry about sugar in them,beatiful big sandwiches and now they have bento boxes which I either get heated up for breakfast or take home for my dinner. great food especially when you have been to the gym and you want to put something back in your body.
