Fantastic experience: Great service. Helpful suggestions

Positive experience: Staff member was helpful during my first drop-in. Was very keen to book and booked apt(they even wrote it down) . Went with travel companion ,we intended to buy. Waited one hour 5pm-6, I get they have to finish with customer they had (this was on late night ) so waited. BUT after an hour staff member was leaving, forgotten our appointment. Another staff member offered to take over, we declined, and then the agent offered to stay Friend didn't want to do this. Convinced friend (she reluctant to go with Flight Centre) went back in the weekend, but they were flat out and made booking for Monday. Price jumped 2000 due to special being over didn't book and went with another travel agency as plans brought forward.

Fantastic experience: Nice, they show respect and all they do is just sit down and book us a flight on there pc, there calm.

Negative experience: Just bought tickets in west city mall.todsy I try several times no answer. Email 3 times no response. Never recommended. Worse service. Next time I'll go buy tickets at eco travel. Much cheaper and good service.

Negative experience: Tried to call 3 times..just no answer..it said leave a message after a while..not keen..bought flights elsewhere.

Negative experience: Wouldn't reccomend flight center because of u I've lost $2000 they say that's why they're here to help u but when u call them for suggestions they say oh we cant do anything about that sorry my blood is boiling money lost and they could careless u even pay $60 for there help service ridiculous they are all about money book with another travel agent do not book with flight center BEWARE

Positive experience: Exciting to have booked a huge trip. A busy branch not always easy to get response but there's plenty of experience to help get a trip booked once there

Negative experience: Busy place a lot of the time. Mostly pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Still waiting on tickets and solid confirmations of bookings paid for over a month ago. Not heard anything about where this us are at. Going in to sort it today! Cash exchange facility on site.

Positive experience: Really great to exchange your money - no fees, fair exchange rate and they give you a solid black Ziploc bag that keeps it discreet and safe. Only problem is most of the time there is only one server on this desk so you can get a fair wait sometimes. Up to 30 minutes of waiting at worst and there are no seats to wait on
