Negative experience: Our interview started well with Trish and we loved the fact she knew the area we wanted to travel to. We wanted an indicative quote but what a job it was getting a response from her. Wasted my time ringing, emailing and even when I called in to see her she did not honour her commitment to do as she promised. Keep away or you will waste your time
Hi Norman I do apologise for our response time in this instance and it is not our usual service standard for an indicative quote. We are currently processing customers travelling in 2024. Negative experience: I reached out to Trish about 6 weeks ago & met in person to plan an overseas trip. After being promised an itenarary in 2 weeks, despite multiple follow ups, we were left with un-delivered promises. My calls were never returned, despite leaving multiple messages with other members of her Team. I was essentially stonewalled & ignored. Eventually, I gave up trying & booked through another agent who actually took us seriously & bothered to offer the customer service we were denied from You Travel Manly.
Dear Dita, We do apologise for the disappointing experience. This is definitely not the norm. We have had a significant increase in enquiry since the boarders have opened around the globe and have subsequently employed more staff to assist with this influx. Unfortunately due to the timing of high enquiry rates and training new staff we have not delivered on our service delivery expectations with your enquiry. We are pleased you have found an agent to assist with your travel plans and wish you all the best for your journey.
