Negative experience: Terrible attention and service, the seller was aggressive, rude, disrespectful and said things assuming we did not understand English well, they were racist and I would not like other people to go through that situation, I never felt so mistreated.

Negative experience: I didnt think to much of my first experience with this travel agent.. tried to book a cruise but was told there are no cruises from nz to austrailia..found the staff belligerent, argumentative and uncooperative.. I went to another travel agent and guess what i have now booked a cruise from nz to austrailia..I have since told many people of my lousy dealings . Well done way to promote good customer relations..

Negative experience: Went in for a quote, had a lovely chat with the friendly rep, but their system was down. They took all our details, promises were made to provide us a quote 'this afternoon'. Still waiting 4 days later...
