Fantastic experience: I had such a delightful and stress-free experience booking my flights through Hello Travel (Napier) during the frantic Covid-19 period. Maureen was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed about my journey and any changes along the way. I have also never purchased the first flight itinerary I was presented, but Maureen made sure to capture all my key events in the time-frame, and I was very grateful to know that I was in good hands should there be any issues with my flights. Thank you Maureen for your friendly updates and check-in's in the lead up to my trip and afterwards. I'll be booking with you again for sure.
