Negative experience: I had the worst experience with Eco Travels. I was enquiring about the ticket price and availability in June for October month. I also requested a quote as well. I informed to the sales person Sohel Ahmed; I will let him know asap once I make my mind. But he was continuously following through WhatsApp which was not professional. I confirmed my ticket at the end of June for 6th October. On my journey, both ways I had 2 hours lay over only and this is the reason I have chosen the tickets. One day before I fly from Auckland to Dhaka, one of the staff messaged me in WhatsApp informed me that I had 14 hours transit, so they can arrange hotel for me. But I tried to contact with them about my lay over time, when and what is my reschedule timing. I also requested to them to send the reschedule time of Malaysian airlines through email. But unfortunately, I never heard back from them. The sales person, Sohel Ahmed continuously ignored my call and no response from other staff, as well. It was a big hassle and mental trauma one day before flying. Later I checked everything by myself from Malaysian Airlines website. I thought what is the point to book the ticket through Eco travels, when the passengers are checking from their end. The sales person Sohel is very unprofessional and I will suggest Eco travels to give him proper training how to communicate with their customers. My review is for those people who are planning to book their tickets through Eco Travels. I believe, who ever will book their tickets through them, do not expect any updates from them, which I suffered. Definitely in future, I will never book my ticket with them and won’t recommend any one.

Negative experience: Not resolving queries, not giving email reply, plz don't book your tickets from this agents, rather book to respective airlines which saves money and just incase if you need to reschedule then, its handy to contact direct airlines coz, this ppl never resolve queries. Negative experience: All customers who are booking any air tickets or accomodation just see this review as well as their star rating and other bad reviews as recently I have booked my package through them with one of the agent and they ripped me off worth 4900 NZD as I was comming through Maldivees after 15 night stay as low risk country and they booked the worst guest house for me in maldives. All the drainage were chocked example . Shower drainage, toilet was chocked and shink also was chocked water was staying on the floor , shink and toilet for long time. Ths guest house do not provide the shower, shampoo and shop customer have to buy luckly the day one I had soap in my bag. They are changing bedsheet and towels after 5 days so 6th day they will change all those things sometimes not changing after 5 days. After tha check out day I should go to airport at 6 pm in maldive but I had to go 8 hours before as there was no transffer available to that time so i had to leave for airport before 8 hours and wait at maldives airport atleast 8 hours for my flight. Once I got my flight I got one big surprise as eco travel did not book the right meal for me in the flight they book non veg instead of vegiterian meal and by mistake I had non veg first time in my whole life as the crew member forgot to inform me . All credit goes to Eco travel . Once I tried to call to eco travel they always said that they will call back but never call. I chat on what's app to one of agent to tell all these problem but he was blaming me instead off his staff as he want hide the fault of his staff. Eco travel also charge extra money for no service and do not take any blame for bad service. I got what's app chat with the agent as evidence and some chocked drainage photos as well as I was so tired and fraustated during my journey through this package by Eco travel. Money not matter for me but service matter. The agent told me that every businesses are for the profit so it means they want only profit do not want to give good service. They are privatley owned so no one can get the compensation from them . Just a big request if you want to enjoy your travelling package will never go through Eco travel their all branches are same they all ripping off to the customers in this pendemic time They never listen to customer after ripping off. Hopefully all customers will learn from my this review regarding Eco travel in Auckland , newzealand. I got the same reply with the aurgumentive way that I have got in my what's app chatting. I was expecting the same from you as you again blaming to the customer as I have already told that I do had informed to your agent regarding my flight meal that I need vegiterian and you keep on blaming customer. This is the best kind of customer services providing by eco travel. As you said in reply that the guest house drainage structure vise like to be blocked . It means you guys know about it and still blame me that I did not inform you why you did not change my accomodation at same time once you got to know. Toilet was chocked too why. Also accepting that you guys did not pick up call and blaming to the customer that I did not inform you regarding bedsheet and drainage . I type the message on Harry what's app one of your colleague ask him or else I will attatch all these chatting here than you will publically know who was wrong and who was blaming me or you.
Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and our apologies for your inconvenience. We checked your whole message and investigate from our end, regarding your all concern. In your first statement you told that Eco travels Ripped off your $4900.00 – this money we charged for you whole package, which include your flight from India to Maldives, Maldives to Auckland, Hotel stay, Transfer, etc. Regarding the Hotel, before charging the money, we gave you the hotel name, which is a 3star property with google rating 4.7(you may google and find the rating). This rating is not given by Eco travels and many our guest stay there and never received a single complaint. But yes, reviews can be different from person to person. Regarding drainage system – We contacted the Hotel and they told us that this issue raised on 12th day of your stay. They told that due to some issue, whole island drainage system was chocked. That is unfortunate, but again in that case how Eco travels can fix that issue and I believe you can also understand that. Regarding changing of bedsheet and other issue – That’s the hotel policy not Eco travels. Moreover, you never informed us before, else we could try to communicate with Hotel to sort out the issue. You said that you had to leave for Airport 8 hours before schedule time – Due to bad weather your scheduled speedboat was cancelled and we request you to go early instead of missing your flight which was more important as your MIQ was booked for fixed date. I believe you should appreciate us, as we rearrange you transport on time, so that you would not miss the flight. Weather cannot be control by any one and I believe that’s a part of service which we provide. Regarding your meal in flight – We talked to our agent and he confirmed that, you requested meal only for accommodation for vegetarian meal and never requested meal for flight. Our agent didn’t request for non-veg meal as Airline provide option to choose meal on board to passenger. That was very unfortunate that they were out of stock of veg meal and you suffered due to that. Moreover, we also told you to buy food from Dubai Airport and send us the bill, we will compensate that. That’s again a part of our service as we don’t want our customer to suffer. Regarding the call back – Yes, we accept that one time we missed your call and forgot to call you back. Due to high call volume, sometime it happened and we apologies for that. But whenever you called us, we always respond you and gave you solution. Moreover, when you were at India Airport, they asked for the return flight from Maldives back to India (which was not the part of package), we booked your flight and never charged you single penny for that. That’s a part of Eco travels service again. You said that Eco Travels charged money for no service – the amount which your paid is for Flight tickets, transfer, accommodation, etc and every time we gave you service, so money which we charged was for the services which you used. We are really appreciating customers relevant review. But blaming Eco travels for everything, which is not under Eco travels control such as disruption due to weather, etc is not possible for anyone to fix. Travels agency can help you, support you with solution/alternate which is under our control. But again, we will take your feedback very positively and try to improve our services to support our customers in future.
Negative experience: Make sure to get your prices in writing when you block the tickets. I was quoted a different price while blocking the tickets just to be told that price was under quoted by mistake at the time of confirming and paying for the tickets (Misleading and ripping off their customers). The lady and guy I spoke to were very unprofessional and hung up the phone as I was taking as they did not want to be told that they were misleading and ripping their customers off their money. They also trash talk other travel agencies claiming they don't know what they are doing when they very unprofessional themselves.

Negative experience: I have rescheduled the return ticket from 23 Sep2018 to 25 Sep 2018 and paid 575 NZD. Unfortunately, I have missed the return flight which I suppose to fly on 25 Sep 2018 to Auckland. Immediately from the Hyderabad airport, I have called the Eco travels agent name ”Deep” and requested them for the immediate ticket for my return journey. Deep told me to transfer 845 NZD to Eco travels account for my return journey and I told him that I have already lost a lot of money for rescheduling the ticket initially and I've requested him for the better price. Deep said 845 NZD is the cheaper price which no one cannot offer then I have agreed and transferred the amount of 845 NZD. But Emirates (current airlines) which Eco travels booked my tickets and rescheduled and which Deep is going to book my new ticket Emirates offered me for the amount of 570 NZD!! I was really depressed and lost faith in Eco travels. Later I have spoken to Deep regarding refund of 845 NZD which I have transferred earlier and he said he will refund next day but he did not and he ignored my emails! Once I arrive Auckland I made a lot of calls to the Eco travels to get my money back to my account!! In conclusion, many travels are not really helping people they are just doing their business. Negative experience: worst ever service i have recieved in my entire life ......... i have almost tried calling them for past two month .......no refund for my cancelled tickets. first they asked me to wait for 10-12 weeks for cancelled air china ticket .......some women from eco travel says she has worked in this same industry in past and air china takes 3 months to refund the money. i said ok i waited 3 months still no refund. the worst part is that everytime i call them they have the same script that they need to consult the refund department , they take note my number and promise to call back which they never ever do....... this has happened atleast 7-8 times. i was patient with them but this is too much . some of the names included gaurav, sunny , neelam and the worst one was a women i dont remember her name but she was too rude, she shouldnt be in customer service industry at all. she is the same women who said i have worked in other travel agencies and air china takes 3 months . you should wait for atleast three months which i actually did. she dint even allow me to speak and complete my conversation ....the tone she had was too inevitable.

Negative experience: Eco remit doesn't cater d needs of the customers. Absolutely poor service ‼️❌ I used to send $ through them; were doing goods as well to be honest. These days ... lagging....lagging....lagging. When we make a call, the guy who takes d phn is unaware of d procedures & saying bla...bla...bla...‼️ Really fed up of d outcome. It takes 3-4 days to get d money credited or else half of d money would be transferred- need to wait another couple of days to get d money credited @ destination. In my perspective, Eco remit is good for sheer $ 500 or less or else u also would become a victim. If it is an emergency...never ever trust on this 1 # My humble advice I am neither a competitor nor enemy. I am a customer. # I hate d services☠️; that is why I spoiled this much time 4 scribbling about # Eco remit.

Don't read the bad reviews, which might be written by competitors or don't travel a lot and blame the EcoTravel team for thing they are not responsible for. My experience was absolute positive. Awsome service ! I book with Rinku a flight to Frankfurt with different stop-over. Rinku looked up the best connection, prices and seats. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she was competent, attentive and I could email my missing passport from home. This all was a excellent help for me because the online booking is very complicated and even more expensive. And I'm really familiar with computer and the web Summary: it's friendly, competent and often cheaper than the online booking. I will definitely go there again. Regards Michael
Negative experience: When I got in touch with an organization like Eco Travels I had a belief that they will employ somebody with a minimum level of customer service skills and attention to details. Pradeep, who happens to be the manager of Eco Travel, Mt Albert has wrongly issued a tickets which made my elderly mom got stranded at Singapore Airport for 25 hours. When called to enquire about the situation, Pradeep raised fingers towards me blaming its my responsibility to check the ticket and showed 0% empathy towards the situation and I was put in a lot of stress to make him own up to his mistakes. My mom didn't have a hotel booked, since we were not informed there is 25 hour stop over,she had to survive at the airport lounge alone. We were told that there will only be 1 hour delay hence was not prepared for it.Poor thing, she was thinking its a airline delay that had caused her inconvenience and silently struggled at the airport.Here we have been panicking on her whereabouts. She has a medical condition, where in she take medicines and needs proper food and rest. Please beware when you deal with this agency. PS: I have dealt with ECO travels at CBD and have had good experience.
Negative experience: I booked tickets from eco travels. My return flight got canceled, but I got to know this when I reached Mumbai airport. I traveled all the way from Pune. The travel agent did not update my contact details in the pnr so could not receive call from airline. however airline did inform eco travels about flight cancellation. eco travels did not bother to inform me about this. I tried eco travels emergency contact number almost 100 times but no one answered even at 7am nz time. I asked for Pune to Mumbai travel expenses compensation, but the travel agent did not comment and keep blaming the airline for all this. Horrible service. The travel agent can't imagine the inconvenience I had because of their silly mistakes.

Negative experience: I have made my booking with Eco Travels and one of their agents and she did all the booking and got a good deal on the price. Unfortunatley my family couldn't travel with me while coming back to NZ from India and we had to postpone the tickets and I had to make a new booking on the same flight. We are travelling with an infant and a preschool kid. It was a night mare to talk to the agent from India to make the changes and she couldn't get me the a seat next to my family and sitting apart with 2 kids is tough and anyone who travelled with childern would understand what that means. I ended up calling Singapore airline which in turn led me talking to Air NZ (code share flight) and they needed a reference number and the agent had no clue about what it was!! She is utter useless. She didn't send me the itenary to check the seat preferences untill I made the payment. Next time I would rather book my tickets trhough a different agent or book online on singapore airlines. To be fair I have heard that other agents in Eco Travels are really good and one of my friend referred. VERY BAD SERVICE
