Negative experience: This travel agency was not reliable with my privacy. Be careful because they shared my personal details with others without my consent and this caused me hurt.

Fantastic experience: Great service

Negative experience: International flight was booked, time allocated from international flight to boarding a domestic flight in Auckland 1 hr. Hello world didn’t keep in mind boarding off the plane, customs clearance, collecting luggage, walking 15 minutes to domestic terminal from international and checking into the next flight. Owner of hello world believes this should be plenty of time to get from an international flight to a domestic flight. Unhappy with response from Laura. Explained we book our flights through travel agents to reduce this stress. Past experience with hello world have been great. Won’t be back after this response.
