Negative experience: Really poor service. Person that served me seemed disinterested and told me to just book my hotel online (which you can’t do on the Flight Centre website) as it would be cheaper. I was more than happy to spend the extra fee in store, which I did at Flight Centre Mission Bay and received wonderful service there. Would recommend going elsewhere to book (the trip into Mission Bay would be worth it just for the customer service!).

Fantastic experience: Diana was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was super flexible with our half formed plans, and knowledgable where we were not. Diana is super friendly and did not pressure us into anything we weren’t comfortable with. Would highly recommend Diana to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We've booked our flights with Diana, and we are happy with her service. This is our second time to book with her. We could not go to the store, but she set a phone consultation, and once we found the flights that we wanted, she then sent us a secured payment link to finalise our booking. We are a big family, and she was accommodating when we needed to add another relative to the booking. Thank you, Diana. Until our next booking. :)

Fantastic experience: We've booked our South East Asia tour, and we got a great deal with our flights. We did not know that we could have flight combinations like that. Plus, they also offered options for hotels, tours, transfers, and travel insurance. They made it easy for us to have an epic adventure! They spent quality time with their clients and really listened to what we wanted. If you want excellent service, we highly recommend that you visit Flight Centre Silverdale and book an appointment with them, as they would really look after you from the beginning until the end. Negative experience: I phoned 6 times trying to make a time to see a consultant. I never managed to get hold of anyone, just a recorded message. No one called me back so I went to House of Travel and got wonderful service. You need better customer service Flight Centre.

Unfortunately with our agents being in such high demand with travel enquiry skyrocketing, we are finding that the demand is outstripping our ability to answer every call, whilst still assisting customers in store & over emails. We do highly recommend popping into your local store if you can, to make an appointment & chat with our team :)
Negative experience: This is a review of Flight centre in general, not specifically of this branch. We booked our flights online and received a confirmation of all flights, a couple of days later we received a change of flights and were given options to select from; we called the call centre as they asked us to do in the email and since then, 3 days in, we are back and forth about various flights, confirming these over the phone and receiving . The call centre had no idea or reference of the suggested flights that were given to us in the email. We had about 5 or 6 change of flights since; Its really not worth the hassle, go directly to Air NZ and book directly. I hate to say this but this is the winner in terms of the worst service you can ever experience or "receive". To make things worse, after waiting for 45minutes on the line to speak to a supervisor, the call was dropped.

Negative experience: Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with. Takes days and days to reply to emails and still doesn't get it right. Don't think has ever been to the USA or at least seems to have no knowledge of it. My trip is still not complete and I fly out in less than a month. Should be trip of a lifetime instead filled with anxiety.

We know our agents have a wealth of knowledge, and we also definitely acknowledge just how big the world is, and how many destinations our travellers love to visit, and unfortunately not every individual will be an expert on every destination. I understand our team have explained our access to rates and have thoroughly assist with your bookings where possible, and whilst your original consultant has been unwell, the store manager is assisting for you. Unfortunately with the rapid return of travel, our teams are not always able to assist every customer immediately, so we do recommend you pop instore for an appointment with the team.

Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful and friendly, all information processed remotely, which means I did not need to physically go to the store. This really helps in regards to avoiding public spaces

Fantastic experience: They looked around for the cheapest flight and insisted we travel with virgin airlines. We have never been with the company before only Air Nz and Jetstar. It was such an awesome airline they offer complimentary meals on flight and drinks. There is also Wi-Fi onboard but you have to pay which is fine but not alot of airlines have that option of Wi-Fi. I was able to get free net onboard as I had trouble with it not reading my card. So I will now be using Virgin airlines thanks to the flightcenter team at silverdale. Also called to add luggage onto my flight about 4 times. Staff were very friendly and explanation was thorough. Transaction was all done over the phone and only took 5mins. Great service received. I would highly recommend them if your not confident booking yourself or find you don't have time to sort it .It is less stressful when booking a holiday away.
Negative experience: DO NOT USE WARNING - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A HOLIDAY I would like you to read the following if you are looking to book a holiday through Flight Centre – DON’T Basically they sold us a cruise with a large family room and on a ship that had pools and play areas for under 2's. In reality we got a small room for 2 people and a ship that did not allow under 2's into any water areas or into the toddlers area with more than 1 family member. Totally ruined or holiday.
Positive experience: Not great at communication but you can sort your holiday if you do all the following up
