Flight Centre

Negative experience: Unfortunately zero stars aren't an option. This has to be the biggest ripoff of a booking agency in history, their call centre is completely incompetent and calls drop regularly. I'm glad they are not an airline because anyone who flew with them would be dead or swimming.

Negative experience: Rude staff. Walked out didn't appreciate the condensending way she spoke to me. Booked through other flight centre in town and got identical flight 180 dollars cheaper than offered 1 hour before.

Negative experience: Wish there was an 0 star option. Awful company. Unhelpful. Can’t make a simple layover booking and then cancel your return flight without communication and assistance with rebooking. Workers on phone don’t care and don’t bother to help in stressful situations. Will never use these money grabbers again.

Fantastic experience: I had a stellar booking experience with Scott from the Queenstown branch! Not only was he super efficient, friendly, and beyond helpful (even when some of my requests were out of scope), he went an extra mile to make it seamless and headache free for me. Onto it with the comms and customer service. Thank you so much Scott!

Negative experience: Was about to be ripped off. Researched myself and was qantas , qt, Sydney, manilla and return, $1574. Stipulated only wanted Sydney stopover. Was ignored and had aklns, Singapore stopovers both ways. Was told cheapest was $2700! Went straight to another agent and got my flights for the price I researched. Will never go with flight ctr again.

Negative experience: I was ready to buy with them, so went there personally, but they told me they don't take walk-ins and that first you have to make a appointment, so that means that if you find a deal you won't be able to buy it straight away. Unless you do it online obviously. Also, if you buy with them personally they charge you a fee of $150 to protect you from any cancellations there might be, which is good, but again, that's only if you buy with them personally, not if you buy online. So obviously you end up missing the good deal and eventually paying spending more. When I went to the office they were all sitting there and there was not even one customer, but the lady still told me they were super busy and that she couldn't do anything and that I had to make an appointment and the only availability they had was in like a week! I was ready to buy and that could've taken 15 mins max, so because of that I ended up missing a deal. Very inaccurate service.

Fantastic experience: I had booked my flights through Karan at FC Queenstown couple of months ago. Due to some personal reasons I had to review my departure date and look at alternate options. Karan was super patient with all the enquiries and gave me all the available option. Prompt response and very service oriented polite response. I don't live in Queenstown anymore however I will definitely give them a ring to see if they have any good deals purely for his friendly service. Keep it up !!!
