Negative experience: "I had an incredibly disappointing experience with AA Travel and Tours. The customer service was shockingly unfriendly and unhelpful. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about booking a trip, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. It seemed like they couldn't be bothered to assist me at all. I would strongly advise against using this agency unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your travel needs."
