Fantastic experience: During the current travel crisis I managed to book my son a ticket back to NZ from New York via Los Angeles on March 30th. You will appreciate it was a very dynamic time with flights and I asked Carla to see if she could confirm the flight status of my son's flights as I was unable to talk with anyone at Air NZ. Carla helped me out with a really quick update even though I had not booked the tickets through World Travellers, which was a most generous response, and followed up with further information after my initial enquiry. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Carla and her team at World Travellers King Country. I recently found myself overseas in a situation that was deteriorating, with my options of returning home quickly becoming limited. Despite being on the other side of the word Carla was quickly on the case, and managed to find me the first available flight out. However she didn’t stop there and really went above and beyond. I was in a difficult situation and travelling at a worrying time. While having to pass through several other counties she checked in with me on every step of my journey. I always knew that she was there help sort out my situation should anything have gone wrong. Due to the time difference I know that on her end there were late nights, initially with finding me a way out and then with keeping an eye on the situation as I was on my way home. This type of service and commitment to clients is hard to find these days, and I really appreciate all the hard work she did for me. I can’t thank nor recommend her enough.
