Negative experience: Have done many travels through Hello World, St Heliers with Mark D who no longer seems to be there. What a pity. I stopped by a few weeks ago and the vibe in the office was not there. The young lady took down my details and made some notes then hurried me along as one of her clients had stopped by. Weeks have gone by and I have not heard from her. I have taken my business elsewhere and am extremely happy. At the end of the day, I am happy with my decision, so all is well.

Fantastic experience: We don't usually give out 5 star reviews but after dealing with Tash, we just had to! Together we organised the most memorable weekend to Chch for our 10 year wedding anniversary and Tash had great comms. She even dropped the travel wallet to us in person on that crazy Friday before Christmas! Positive experience: Good advice, convenient location

Negative experience: Initially Jo was extremely helpful but for nearly two months we have been unable to contact her despite phone calls and emails. Our trip is long with many parts to it so maybe Helloworld can only book basic holidays like cruises. We are frustrated and dissapointed in the way our bookings have been managed .

Negative experience: Unbelievable. Called in to United Travel St Heliers to book holiday. Told by woman that she was in a meeting so was too busy and wasn't feeling well. Went over road and booked $35,000 of travel and accommodation with very friendly staff at Flight Centre
