Negative experience: Booked to uk with rental car for 41days and they mucked up dates Very lucky to get alternative car although flight centre acknowledged mistake only manged to get one day refund We almost didn't get a car!!! What a headache Will book directly with airlines from.now on And will only ever get rental car when arrive in a place

Negative experience: I had booked a premium economy return flight from London -delhi- Auckland - Nelson over a year ago. It was in 2 different legs - London -Delhi - London ( BA) and Delhi -nelson-delhi ( Cathay and Air NZ) After I agreed to take the flight and went to pay, I was told they charge $150 or so extra for their expertise. I went ahead with it. My contract in NZ got extended. So I just went on the return to Delhi: and asked them to cancel the Delhi London return as I would return to NZ. They said very little of the flight would be returned, but the tax definitely would be. That would be a few hundred probably. Since then, I have emailed repeatedly, and initially they said it hadn't been refunded. Now , I get no answer. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't book flights through them again.

Negative experience: If we could give a negative star we would. We have found absolutely no financial or any other benefit in booking through Flight Centre. Booking with them has been an absolute nightmare with many tears shed as to how horrible and thoughtless there so called "travel experts" can be. Kim Nagle has been incredibly careless and her lack of proper advice has so far cost us hundreds of dollars, a lot of heartache and potentially thousands as they now wind down the clock til our credit expires. We submitted a complaint to customer relations and they have done absolutely nothing to help us and accept absolutely no fault. I would have been far better off booking directly with the airline and I implore anyone and everyone to never book with Flight Centre.

Negative experience: Don’t use Sam at Palmerston North Flight Centre to book your trip. When I sent him emails he never responded. I had to ask him a lot of questions to get any information on Tours that I was interested in. I went to see him last Tuesday and told him I would be finalising my Quote by Thursday of the same week When I went back on Thursday to see him I was advised that he went on leave on the Wednesday so he would have known he wasn’t going to be there to see me on the Thursday but didn’t bother to tell me he was going on leave so I didn’t finalise my Trip. Over all my experience with Sam was very poor he lacks professionalism and communication skills and I’m surprised that he is the Team Leader of Flight Centre Palmerston North. In all my years of dealing with Flight Centre I have never experienced such poor Customer Service as I have with Sam from Flight Centre Palmerston North.

Negative experience: Don’t ever go here. Not only did Sam never reply to us on time he didn’t give us any head ups and tell us how to do literally anything. Mucked up one of our flights said it was at midnight actually was at 9:30pm, almost missed it, booked us no transport from the airport to the hotel, didn’t tell us that the London eye ticket was actually not really a ticket for that time, we still had to book a time slot so we missed out on that, shortened our japan stay from 9 days like we asked to 7 days, booked us an extra night at one of the hotels and we didn’t get a refund. Before we even went we were under the impression that we had payed for everything then he hit us with $1.5k bill the week before which we payed for only to then find out that’s didn’t even cover everything like the email said it did. He has turned our holiday into something so extremely stressful.

Negative experience: Started off great, Sam sent through details of trip. Before confirming, we decided to tweak the dates a bit. Emailed Sam, no response - thought we'd give it a bit of time as it was over the Christmas period. Emailed a second time - no response. Let a few days go by, then left a VM. We are now at the end of January and still have not received a response. We gave up and went elsewhere.

Negative experience: The moment they received our deposit it was like we didn't exist. Still waiting on a reply sent weeks ago. They have made what should be an exciting family holiday stressful. We have previously used flight center on four other occasions with wonderful experiences each time. I won't be going back and would suggest people look elsewhere.

Negative experience: You leave people's personal information out in full view of the public, Then ring the police on the member of the public that exposed you, even though no laws were broken, absolutely ridiculous

Negative experience: Very frustrating when we communicate with the call centre for help with flights already booked through Flight Centre. Only to be told to get in touch with the rep who booked the flight. Staff at Palmerston North office will certainly benefit from customer service training and how to deal with customers politely. Staff do not seem to be interested in the walk in customers at all. Will never use Flight Centre again.

On 12th June 2024, I am flying to manila via Sydney for my 5 months annual holidays. Sad to say the passengers are not packed like in precovid times. Time to write more reviews for Google.
