Negative experience: UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD MANAGERS, AND IRRESPONSIBLE. THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY YOU CAN IMAGINE. THEY CAN UNBELIEVABLY COMPLICATE YOUR TRIP.

Negative experience: They organized an expensive trip for us all over New Zealand and they couldn't address or solve a single one of the minor issues that arose during it. The Agency simply limits itself to receiving the money without providing any service at all. They have shown themselves to be incapable and useless in any type of management, no matter how small. They are absolutely useless, not even able to assist us in Spanish despite having specifically contracted that service. We have been traveling for over 40 years and, without a doubt, this has been the worst experience. It’s better to do the trip on your own because, if you have any incidents, this agency will complicate things even more. They have distorted our memories of such an exceptional place through their fault.

Negative experience: We booked with a partner agency from Germany. Very poor service. Half of the hotels were terribly dirty. In Wellington at the Travellodge, our car was broken into in the parking garage. We did not receive any help for that and still had to pay a $28 parking fee. You pay a lot of money to visit New Zealand as a German tourist. I have never paid so much for such poor service.
