Negative experience: Very pathetic service will never again book my tickets with them. It’s better to book tickets directly from the airline rather than them because they will make your life miserable if you want to make any changes to your itinerary and never anywhere the call or reply back to the email. Seriously hopeless people. Specially Karen Hart from their team.

Positive experience: The Internet is not always the best place to plan your holiday, it's still good to visit the travel agent and take advantage of their knowledge. Flight Centre in Henderson shopping centre is generally pretty good, with 2 of the 3 agents we dealt with being really great, friendly and eager to help.

Negative experience: Just walked in for advise and basically got treated like I couldn't afford to be in there. Not a good first experience at a flight centre. Will never recommend Henderson flight centre

Negative experience: Very poor service! Went to the mall to get a quote and was advised they were closing in 20 minutes. I advised I would just like a quote for flights to Australia and back for 4 people and I was advised if I’m not booking and paying today the quote would cost $200.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had with a travel agent. The agent I dealt with was abysmal as responding to messages/emails which was unprofessional. I am going to be making a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: I have been using flight Center for the past 4 years now - and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Very competitive prices. Rhea Altoft from the Henderson branch has been an absolute gem. I have been needing to travel through the peak of of the Pandemic and Rhea made sure I was upto date with all the covid restrictions and reached safely. She has been very patient, professional and attentive with ALL my flight changes and requests. I am now based in the UK and still use Rhea to this date as she is simply the BEST! She goes the extra mile and makes the whole process stress free! Flight Center you did well hiring Rhea !

Positive experience: Extra waiting time at every turn. Not enough staff on duty on first couple of visits, and once matters progressed we still had a wait at each appointment. We achieved a good route sorted by the agent - negotiated and sorted together to get a set of times and timing that met our needs. A pretty good priced bundle of flights with some prepaid accommodation was appreciated.... and then more drama getting tickets "finalised, printed, and in our hands". Just a tad stressful ... again.
