Negative experience: Ordered 4 day lift pass for 4 people starting on the weekend, No warning it wouldn’t be processed until mid Monday morning No good..

Fantastic experience: I made an error in booking and unfortunately had already paid in full something I only realised later I didn't want. The team were responsive and went above and beyond to smoothly fix up my itinerary and ensure I was happy with my booking. I will definitely go back to Ski express NZ for future NZ trips!

Negative experience: I strongly recommend against using this company to purchase ANYTHING. I organised a group of 10 lift passes and paid the company $2668.00. As we are Australia based we were unable to travel and Ski Express believed it reasonable to charge an $1100 cancellation fee, $110 per person including a childs lift pass that was valued at $139.00 There are other companies that have provided full refunds. A very unethical and immoral decision by Ski Express NZ in these tough times.

Fantastic experience: We booked with Ski Express NZ before Covid 19. It took some time but eventually they gave us a full refund. Thank you for working through the issues with us and not taking advantage of a unavoidable issue. We plan on going back to Queenstown and will be back in contact with your for the Ski Passes.

Negative experience: I purchased a 4 days lift pass from them but very disappointed on the ticketing arrangement. After I purchased the ticket, there is a later discount coming up in the website. I tried to see if I can change the tickets but their ticketing arrangement are very inflexible. I strongly recommend NOT to purchase ticket early from Ski Express. There are always last minute discount or other website might have further discount. Once you purchase ticket from them. NO way you can refund or amend the ticket. Need to think carefully before purchasing the ticket. Or wait later to see if other ticket website has further discount.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Ski Express for my Mt Hutt and Porter Heights snowboard trips for the last 3 years. Tara is freaking AWESOME and has always given me the best prices and the best service!! I highly recommend this company to any Aussies wanting to board or ski the slopes in NZ. Tara and the rest of the Ski Express team are nothing but BRILLIANT!!
