Negative experience: We had very bad experience with freedom tour and still I am in new Zealand with this tour .Not a single support for any itrms like food or city tour .

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with freedom tour in every aspect, vegetarian food ( breakfast + lunch + dinner) was excellent. Picnic lunch at different parks was amazing idea. Best hotel selection at every location. Tour guide was very professional & very friendly, Best experience , best service and highly recommended for vegetarian and Jain people.

Negative experience: 2/3/24-Most pathetic tour Experience ever. They took 500$ deposit & have not returned the same to us till date. It has been 1.5 months now since our trip has ended. They have made false allegations stating the amount cannot be refunded due to car maintenance issues but have not been able to provide us with an official receipt mentioning the expenses. Please note the instructions on the car rental are different than one mentioned in their car rental contracts. This is scam of fooling people. The owner of the company troubled us throughout the trip & now while following up with him he simply denies recognising us. 5/3/24- Since I am unable to reply I am editing my review here post comments made by freedom below. It is surprising to see threatening emails rather than taking responsibility. While you post here an amount of 250nzd to be paid you send an email to us asking for Bank details to refund the amount. While I have not received any calls & messages from you that is claimed below, it is surprising how you have blatantly ignored & forgotten to mention the follow up made by my agents. We have still not received any invoice from an authorised service centre mentioning the cost incurred. Due to lack of response from the team, we have chosen to resort to social media. We are happy to see you are concerned about our lack of knowledge & make that your tool of looting customers. The other balance Google review from other customers already talks about freedom's reputation & their customer service. This is just one another honest review about freedom cheating its customers. 19/4/24- After writing multiple emails, writing on social media, sending legal notices, writing on New-Zealand consumer complaint forum and raising dispute with credit card company, Freedom tourism has now finally refunded the amount to us! It took us 4 months to get the refund of our hard earned money however without slightest of regret or acknowledgement by the owner Mr Parag Shah of the error he made. Again editing this post to ensure other people do not fall for this scam! I would never recommend freedom tourism to anybody specially due to the snobbish approach of the owner, cheating tourists and taking advantage of them just because they are in an unfamiliar country. It's extremely disappointing to see an Indian cheating other Indians for money! DO NOT BOOK ANY CAR RENTALS OR TOURS THROUGH THEM!!!

Negative experience: Worst travel agency I have travelled with. The specifications of hotels were wrong, my AC hotel rooms were actually non AC rooms, they made a huge mess up with my rental car which was prior booked and fully paid for in the package, was delivered 4 hours late and without prior info, demanded 500$ to be paid as a security there.. specifications of the car were also wrong. Their helpline number is useless as they don’t provide any help or support once you reach the country. You are on your own in the foreign country. Due to bad weather, few of my activities were cancelled and they initiated a refund to the company, however they refused to refund it to me unless someone else uses those bookings for their trip.

Fantastic experience: Good shopping experience

Negative experience: Liars and false commitments are their core values. Beware of the information and the bookings done by this company. My refund since 2 months is still not cleared and now we are going legal on this firm. DO not ever travel with these guys even if they are offering you the trip for free.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Will never recommend any1 to travel via this. Just completed my new Zealand bora bora trip and it was the pathetic experience.
