Negative experience: Most nonsense travel agent I have ever seen. 5 tickets booked together for adults and young children. Payment made together. But He made the booking separately which totally ruined our journey. Both flights were fully booked and we didn’t get the seats together . He will never answer your call . So , stay away from him.

Upon investigation, we found that your family of four had booked oneway tickets under reference number 5E8JTZ, and your own ticket was booked under reference number 5E9EN3. As a result, there were two bookings made for a total of five passengers. We apologize that we were unable to offer you the same fare for all five passengers together, and we did advise you of this at the time of booking. Please note that each individual passenger will have their own unique ticket number and there are no exceptions to this policy. Regarding seating arrangements, please be aware that it is not guaranteed that all passengers will be seated together. This is because seat availability is dependent on a number of factors, including the number of passengers on the flight, the number of seats available in each section of the aircraft, and any special requests made by other passengers. You also mentioned that the flights were fully booked, so it's possible that the five seats were not available together. However, please note that the airline's seat allocation for economy class is typically either 3-3 or 2-4-2. We hope this information clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. Negative experience: Still waiting for our refund since March 2020 and no one is replying

However, we understand that the delay in receiving the refund was frustrating for you. Please note that your ticket was issued by Thai Airlines and, as a travel agent, we sell tickets on behalf of airlines and are required to follow their published policies. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Thai Airlines was facing significant challenges and was not in a position to provide refunds to passengers. We understand that you may have had to communicate with them multiple times regarding your refund. Until they had provided the refund, we were unable to process the payment for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are glad to hear that you have received your refund and hope that you are satisfied with the outcome.
