Fantastic experience: I use House of Travel Christchurch for all my international travel requirements. I have found the team to be attentive to all of my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your travel needs. I will certainly be continuing to use them for mine.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience was not positive here. I won't return for future overseas trips. I cannot recommend.

Belinda was great to work with in setting up the itinerary and we were able to do all of that by email exchanges. She provided us with hard copy travel documents and set us up in the House of Travel app (which was very good and helpful during the trip). Everything worked well on the trip. Negative experience: I emailed Chris regards booking international flights and never received a reply, not even an automatic acknowledgement. I copied the email address on the website, so I'd made no error.

Fantastic experience: I've been travelling off the beaten track now for 35 years and now at the age where I have the same zest for adventure and new experiences but no longer have the patience for the planning and organisation and can't cope with the stress of things going wrong. My prior experience with travel agents was that they will book some flights and accomodation and that's it. No real added value. That was before I stumbled across MINJI PARK at HOT Christchurch. A whole new world has opened up!! She has booked for me complicated itineraries to Japan, China, Cambodia, Singapore, USA, Mexico, Ecuador, India, Peru and possibly a few others I've forgotten about. Her attention to detail is meticulous, her provision of information to precise degrees is accurate and easy to follow. She clearly thinks through the whole travel process and plans each tiny little step as if she was taking the trip herself. I don't need to remember dates and things to do as she clearly diarises everything and reminds me when I need to do things. Thats exactly what I need ! I've never encountered such high quality service from a travel agent. I will continue to plan my trips through Minji forever and would highly recommend her to anyone.
