Nigel was fabulous, arranging business class flights home (as my partner had to have her leg straight). Our 2025 trip will be less eventful :) but have definitely taken the recommended insurance.

Negative experience: We popped into House of Travel after placing 2 enquiries online that we had no response to. If you need an appointment to visit, perhaps put that on your website. And if you’re THAT busy maybe have more than 2 members of staff on. We won’t be booking our holiday through House of Travel - although not for lack of trying. *Update* - we booked through Flight Centre who were more than happy to help us, and got us a great deal with flights and accommodation at Outrigger. Highly recommend contacting them
