Fantastic experience: She is AMAZING!!!!!!! She listened to our needs and worked us out as a family very quickly. She was exstremely friendly and gave us options which we really appreciated. Kirsty was quick to respond and I couldn't have asked for better service. She has made travel easy. I have never used a travel agent before but that has changed. I will not travel again unless it's through Kirsty.

Fantastic experience: Within the time we met with her and talked about our hopes for a holiday and the next day when we had to get back to her with more information, had pre booked a holiday for us within our means in one day! We knew exactly what we wanted to book, and she got to work sorting everything out. Isabella needed to finish the payment, and she dropped what she was doing to assist. Negative experience: Rubbish House of travel. They don’t even deserve a single star. This is the first time that happened to me. Booked a flexi fare flight 4 months ago and detailing that I need a visa to go to Australia. Paid full in advance too! We should be flying today but couldn’t. Trusting them as ticketing agency that they know what they are doing. Miscommunication is their specialty! I had applied for my visa too late due to miscommunications. Casual sorry and charging us more with the flexi rate paid. Very disappointed ☹️

Negative experience: Terrible customer service felt like she couldnt be bothered didnt show me any options or photos of accomadation .seemed like she wanted to get rid of me very disappointed. Said she will send me an email still no link to accomadation for me to even view .ended up booking our own $1000 less than Sarah's quote . Will not be booking with them for my next trip

Negative experience: House of Trouble. Rubbish customer service served up with a generous "couldn't care less" attitude. A missed detail which should have been picked up by people who do this everyday. Admittedly we also missed this but foolishly trusted the "professionals" This is the second time we've had issues with a HOT branch. Holy heck I just noticed that these clowns couldn't even arrange our airport transfers to and from the correct hotel.

Negative experience: Lazy staff did not do more for us only arranaged airport transfers 1 way at Singapore we have to find our own way back to airport when we fly out. Waste of $7000 FOR this holiday
