Positive experience: Eco travels (Sydneham branch) - You really need to give some training to your staff on call. (Please check recordings if not sure for quality assurance purposes time to time) I have no issues with fairs, bookings etc but its horrible dealing with some of the staff members. I personally won't like to deal with staff sounding so bad on a call when all the dealing is going to get finalised only on a call.I'd prefer to talk to someone who is interested in doing their job. I had bad experience with one staff member but Eco travels staff member Rahul and Chenna acknowledged, apologised and actioned the situation immediately. Hence, Am changing the review from 1 star to 4. I still decided to give them a chance again as business and have bought my tickets from them.

Negative experience: I booked a ticket few years ago and had a bad experience. The agent told me that the rates has been changed before the expiry date of the quote. I contacted the upper management but they did not resolve the issue. I paid 200 more than the normal price. Poor service.

Negative experience: Scam!!! I called them to book a ticket. They gave me a fair quote and asked for my Passport copy. After I emailed them the copy I got an email saying "I am unable to book as seat is not available". Which is a f.... g lie as they were available on the airline's website. Then I called them 10 times and they didn't receive my call. Then I called from another number and the picked up and told a different story "China southern airlines server is down". Now they dont pickup my calls or reply to my email. Hey Satya! what will you do with my passport copy?
Hello Nikhil,Scam is an illegal way of making money, we haven’t had any money transactions so it is not a scam. Even I don’t know what to do with your passport copy because it is just sitting in my email and I don’t have any wrong intentions to use it. I have given you a quotation of $1820 for China-southern airlines and you asked to hold the ticket then I requested for your passport copy, which you have sent me after half an hour and seat was not available which is not problem of travel agent, after that I have tried to give you available fare but there was a technical problem in booking the ticket which I have informed you and that was our last conversation.I would like to take time to describe about our company just to clear the misconception you have on us, We are running the business from last 8 years and Monday- Saturday we are available in office to give service to customers, so we are not scared of what we tell to customers as we stick by our words.Regards,Satya
Negative experience: I didn’t book tickets with them because they never responded in the first place. They advertise in Facebook with some Offers and immediately when I texted I got no response. Not a satisfactory customer service.
