Fantastic experience: I have a longstanding relationship with the owner of HOT Devonport and one of his past employees. Have booked a few trips with HOT and will continue to do so. Reassuring to know that there is someone to assist you promptly if you are travelling abroad instead of waiting for hours on the phone for an airline to help you. Negative experience: Phone for some pre-booking advice re: travelling to the USA - whoever answered the phone was rude -- I had the phone on speakerphone and my colleagues were dismayed - would only provide information if I was booking the travel at the moment. Will never use this travel agency.

Fantastic experience: I have used House of Travel Devonport for years in booking flights and holidays. Andy is vey quick to respond to emails and telecons and more importantly listens to what you need and then finds a solution. He takes the stress and hassle out of any bookings.

Fantastic experience: Being an Aus/NZ couple means we have family in both countries and that this is a difficult time to be away from them. In recent family emergencies, and at all other times, Andy has been no end of help in our trans Tasman trips. Andy has, cheefully and consistently, ensured that we are up to date with flights, flight changes and rules and regulations. I don't think we could travel without his help and expertise.
