We are really sorry to see that you have had a bad experience with us. We would like to put it right and would appreciate you making contact with us.
Negative experience: These guys actually dont deserve A star, they were absolutely rude to my mother, the ignored her when she walked in the store, after waiting ahe asked to be served one lady at the desk said she was busy, the other said her computer was frozen she will have to see another lady, once she sat down and told the lady at the desk what she was after, the lady said to her that the tickets are expensive, questioning if my mother can afford her ticket, she even suggested to mum to go across the road to flight centre. My mum said no I would like to purchase the ticket here, the lady that served mum went on to say there are no refunds, my mum said that's fine I would just like a ticket please. The lady reluctantly processed the ticket and my mother left. Now my mother is well respected in this community as she has helped many childcare centers and schools in her time, she is a Maori woman, so I'm not sure if these woman were prejudice or racist or judgemental but they sure were rude. We will never go back there again.
