This was for my son's rugby union club side South of Sydney, NSW. Don is a meticulous planner and he was not just familiar with the full tour itinerary in Christchurch and Queenstown, but he lived and breathed every detail. His experience and and professionalism really shone through. Don was able to accommodate every request that our squad of 19 players and 15 parents and still keep a warm smile on his face and offer backup plans in case of bad weather, airport security closures and even awkward Gluten Free options for me for every single meal.
