Fantastic experience: Have been booking my tickets for 2 years now. Jasdeep has given me a good price for my ticket every time. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Third class service. It's the second time happening. This Time the rep called Mani said he will call back with the price in 10 mins and I kept on waiting and no one responded. I hope this company can survive. I feel sorry for the owner for hiring such kind of bullshit staff..

Negative experience: Worst service. They don't take any accountability or responsibility in case of flight cancellation from the airline. I can understand that flight cancellation from airline is not in their hand but at least they can look for the best alternate options but they are not keen in that. Hope they improve their service in future.

Negative experience: Worse service never. Never booking with them again. My wife and 2 kids travelling and we told them in way to advance to book bassinet. They told us only way to get it is at airport. We went to airport and airlines couldn't even find infant booking at all. So they have to manually book and ofcourse it was too late for the infant bassinet. So we told them while departing my partner and kids had very bad experience, make sure bassinet is provided while coming back as it is very hard for 2 kids and a mum to travel without bassinet. They had whole 4 months to sort that out and they did nothing about it and I found out that if we pay extra bassinet could be booked in advance. They did not mention about that and when we enquire flight was already full and all bassinets were taken. My partner has to struggle so much while travelling and it was terrible experience. To add on top of that I booked my parents tickets and asked for Jain Meal for my mother . They ensured they have added it but she never end up getting it on flight. Terrible and never going back to them ever again.
