Fantastic experience: Amit Kumar from Flight experts is the best Travel agent I have met in past few years. I get my and family tickets always booked from him. Also have referred to many of my friends who shared same experience about him that he is extremely kind, patient, humble, offers the best deals to customers. Not only deals. If there is any issue with your booking or flight journey. He will make sure to try multiple times his best to get that issue sorted. Recently, Qantas airways charged me extra fees for luggage from Delhi to New Zealand in December 2023. I tried to convince Qantas manager at delhi airport that my travel agent Amit has confirmed on email that per kg charge is 20 dollars as per email he received from Qantas. Despite sharing screenshot with Qantas delhi manager, they won’t agree and resisted that no some wrong information given to you. It’s 35 dollars per kg. They charged me extra fare forcibly else 1 piece extra luggage can’t go in flight. On my return, I followed up with Amit and mentioned him about this. He made sure that he follows back with Qantas nz/australia staff who gave 20$ rate per kg to him on email weeks ago before my travel. Amit followed up then with Qantas for next 2 months continuously until I got my refund money in 3rd month. As Qantas refund team had delays processing refunds so Amit even escalated my issue back repeatedly every few weeks He kept me updated on progress of his conversation with Qantas all by himself. I would say smooth as butter customer service from Amit Kumar. Best travel agent at Flight experts. Many thanks @Amit kumar for your exceptional and kind customer service always !!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flight Expert Auckland for my recent flight booking. Despite clear requests, my food preferences were completely ignored and didn't confirmed. This lack of attention to detail and failure to meet our expectations was highly disappointing. The communication throughout the process was unacceptably poor, with delayed and unhelpful responses. I cannot express enough how frustrated and dissatisfied I am with this experience. Based on my encounter, I strongly advise against using Flight Expert Auckland’s services. Choose another provider for a hassle-free experience. Poor Service. Should not go there,better to do direct flight booking from airline website. Rating: ⭐️ (1 star)
