Nothing is a problem, and she will go out of her way to look into something for me. I use Karen for all my travel bookings and have recommended her and House of Travel to friends. Spending money on overseas travel is a big investment and working with Karen at House of Travel gives me peace of mind.

Any email I sent would be responded to very quickly, even those that probably needed a bit of research before I could get an answer, showing that she's very proficient with her searches too. If I had to book a last minute holiday again, I'd do it with Kimberly again. She has also been very friendly the entire process, which is a plus!

Negative experience: Booked me on the least flexible flights (even though I specified the importance of flexibility), and then left me to sort out the fallout on my own as they were unable to. Would not recommend - much easier to sort out flights on your own.
