Fantastic experience: Once you find an agent you trust and who is interested in what you want, you can't beat Flight Centre. Look for Emma Waugh who has been so good for us over 20 years or so. She works independently of shops.

Fantastic experience: EVELYN SHORTALL from the Taupo branch provided us with 5 star services. Extremely recommended! When no other branch in the country had the time to help me and my partner find tickets to Europe. She managed to find us the best tickets, at the best price, in a couple of days. Negative experience: Very poor rung Taupo flight center as Rotorua 1 closed and no 1 called back. To this day I still haven't heard from anyone.

Fantastic experience: Always awesome service
Fantastic experience: Tom was amazing. The best travel agent I've ever dealt with. He listened to get a really clear understanding of what we wanted, then he worked hard to get us the best deals, then surprised us with extras. The term 'exceeding expectations' can often sound like a cliche, but Tom has exceeded ours and I have no hesitation recommending him. We are booking all our future travel with him.
