Outbound travel is most dreaded due to language communication issues, but this travel agency is run by Taiwanese people, which completely eliminates communication problems for us! From flight tickets to local travel in New Zealand, everything can be handled at once, which is truly very convenient!! It saves time and effort! Brother Tommy is super nice and friendly! Not only does he recommend and arrange itineraries, but he also helps us solve many issues encountered during our journey! We had a fantastic time on this trip and made many wonderful memories! Thank you, Brother Tommy! Next time we go to New Zealand, we'll definitely look for Brother Tommy again!

Negative experience: Joining a tour group allows you to meet people from Hong Kong and various provinces of Mainland China. When participating in the tour, make sure to fully engage in the optional activities, otherwise, it's easy to be 'upgraded.' Bring enough cash, as the costs for optional activities are reference prices; the actual prices depend on what the tour guide tells you on the bus. Optional activities cannot be paid by card and can only be settled in RMB.

Also, for our family’s booking issues, Tommy not only sacrificed his own sleep to assist me but also contacted the airline early in the morning, ensuring we returned to Taiwan comfortably and safely! Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied with the experience. This travel agency has no sense of responsibility. After you pay the fee, they even use other tour groups to make up the number of people. The experience is extremely poor. My advice is the price definitely not worth the experience! For your excuse, I don't think you told me before I paid the fee, which means you didn't inform me before I paid fee or can be refunded before the trip. If I know this one week ago, I have plenty of time to reschedule the plan, including going South Island with friends, sent the group invitation in xiaohongshu, or Facebook. Not like now, travel with people who cannot speak a little English, or people who don’t act politely.

Just a brief mention is enough. Sometimes, out of necessity, I have to choose it simply because it is the only one that has a particular product.

Due to the impact of the pandemic, my husband’s flight from New Zealand to Taiwan was canceled and rescheduled only to be canceled again... Positive experience: The service staff at Rainbow was very attentive, and we could get instant and positive responses to any questions we had, but the tour guide named Luo arranged by Rainbow was dishonest. Before departure, we were already aware that the Fiordland would likely be canceled due to heavy rain blocking the roads, and Rainbow promised that if the boat trip to the fiord was canceled, they would refund the $60 ticket. On the day itself, the boat trip indeed could not proceed due to the blocked road, and the alternative plan changed to Arrowtown and Glenorchy, which are both free activities. However, none of the 19 members of the group received the $60 boat fare. Afterward, we pursued the issue with the travel agency, but we received unfriendly treatment from the tour guide named Luo over the phone, who was evasive in their explanations. Rainbow handled the crisis very proactively; I think Rainbow is also a victim in this situation, as they likely did not know that the guide was treating the group members this way. However, it is clear that the information exchange between Rainbow and the outsourced tour guide is asymmetrical. By the way, we know the guide was outsourced because when we asked him over the phone why Rainbow said you had already refunded the $60 that we did not receive, he became hysterical and yelled at us: 'I do not need to be responsible for Rainbow!' In the end, the two of us in the group were still able to reclaim the $60, and Luo, embarrassed, only let us get back the $60 for the other 17 people unnoticed. I wish you all still have gains from every group and that everything goes smoothly!
