Negative experience: Way Over priced Got same flight in 2/3 of the cost.

Fantastic experience: Upon meeting Price Heaslip for the first time I felt like I had known him for years. I felt at ease and at comfort in letting Price help us with our Gold Coast holiday. Price is a very Kind, understanding and obliging young man who has chosen a well suited career in helping people. Upon picking up our documents we were not suprised to hear of his promotion. Fantastic experience: Price Heaslip was the most informative, proactive, efficient and most helpful support we could have asked for. Price went the extra mile with every possible support or service we could have asked for. Researching services and resources well outside of what Flight Centre offered - and it seemed purely because Price loves and is invested in adding significant value to customers. It’s been a long time coming where I’ve received this level of service (outside of some 5 star hotels). Please allow Price and opportunity to lead and mentor others coming through in this industry!!

Negative experience: Since we bought the tickets from Alice Heaslip we rarely hear from her anymore but during the purchase she was super friendly and mentioned if any questions or requests please contact me. As we barely buy flight tickets we thought having a travel agent would make anything easy but I guess not. We should’ve bought it online.

Negative experience: Spoke to a booking Rep Lisa the most rude and condescending staff I've come across....there's a way to deliver a message not cut someone off sound slime she has more important things to do than her job..pathetic...

Negative experience: Very bad Can’t say words $695 goes into dump and no reply from this shop No calls no emails Been trying to call Em since last Thursday Call Em millions of times each and every day There service is very bad . And after all their head office saying it was an error. Bruh you guys made an error and I’m here losing $695. And this specific manukau store not even trying to contact neither they r replying when I’m contacting. Please please do not waste your money just book tickets online by yourself or use other agents . They only here to make money not to resolve issues. Now will see when they will reply to this review as well . 31 July Monday working day.

Negative experience: More expensive than online. An agent is there not to help you but to stripped you off hundreds of dollars. No options of other cheaper flights provided. We called the customer service and couldnt help us. So we went to the shop and bluntly being told there that is cheaper online because he will charge you service fee per adult that is 150 nzd each

Fantastic experience: I have given flight centre a 5-star review only because there's a guy called Joe in Melbourne who fixed everything up. the actual service on the day I booked was appalling. 2 staff doing nothing. I had to give a staff member my phone to talk to the person in Sydney I wanted to book. The lady seemed unable to cope with the computer. Nothing that the staff said would happen did. no paperwork no reminders. the person in Sydney insists that she was told Latam flies once a week and the return flight was on tuesday. Joe is a hero

Negative experience: I recently found out that the extra bags I booked through flight centre are invalid, and that I was mislead about the way my bags would be transferred during my stopover. I never received any email or communication about my booking aside from the receipt I got when I paid. It seemed that the staff did not know much about the booking and were not able to answer some of my questions. I regret having booked through this centre and wish I'd looked around more before purchasing my flights.

Negative experience: I was in manukau branch for 20mins, i was ignored and two people were served before me. May be just because iam an islander. I believe the lady serves people who she likes. Another lady with a baby was also there waiting to be served. Unfortuantely this place judge people and serve. Dont waste your time here , there is many other place where you can do your business to.

Fantastic experience: Picked up a Renewal passport application... can go online... but am not in a hurry to fill out as yet... soon though... $199 it will cost...

Fantastic experience: Kelly Mitchell was absolutely phenomenal to deal!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Her service is commendable as she does her very best to find the best affordable prices available! She helped me save so much money! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to book in flights. She will go above and beyond!! Will definitely be coming back to Manukau again!!

Negative experience: Not that good service. Staff denied to assist us with air line seat allocation as we needed leg space seats with baby. There was difference between number of seats available for me and my wife despite it was same flight that why we needed assistance to allocate seat with leg space. I was ok with that, But staff responded to my email request “Hey You will need to do this via manage your booking on the Qantas website.” She addressed me as “Hey” despite I met her in person at time of booking and addressed her with name in email correspondence. I wasn’t her friend either. Sounded bit unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t use their service again, as they don’t value their customers.

Negative experience: This place wasn't helpful as they went against what was written on thier website. It took way to long(around 30minutes waiting) to find out they wouldn't help me with my flights. Thought they were useless.

Thank you so much to Kelly Mitchell who has been extremely helpful and in my experience has gone above and beyond. I can only imagine how busy it is in the industry with borders finally opening along with all the extra travel rules and requirements. I was probably the customer from hell with all the questions/updates that needed to be addressed but she handled it with ease, was very professional and knew what she was doing AND she saved us thousands of dollars on our itinerary. In a world of technology this is the kind of service that gives you repeat business. Really appreciated her extraordinary service during a time of uncertainty. Your exemplary service has not gone unnoticed Kelly and I hope you are at the very least acknowledged for your efforts, as I'm sure you treat all your customers the same. THANK YOU so much Kelly!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! We booked with Kelvin for a holiday in America including flights, activities and accommodation. The start of our holiday was perfect. Unfortunately, half way through our trip was when covid got really bad, boarders we’re about to close etc. so we had to book urgent flights home. We lost a lot of money missing the second half of our trip and had to buy 3 flights to get home. We told Kelvin straight away and he warned us it could take 12 weeks to get refunds from suppliers so we waited patiently and got basically everything back from what we didn’t use (flights/accommodation) in cash not credit too! So happy and grateful for all Kelvins help and then he let us know we may be able to get some money back from the flights we booked home he made sure my partner and I got home safe and answered all my follow ups quickly was very easy to deal with.

Negative experience: Been waiting weeks for my refund.... I hate flight centre. Your service sucks. PS. The music you chose on your customer service line is so annoying I want to hang myself after about 5 minutes...

Negative experience: Manukau flight centre - do no trust their price beat gurantee. i had a written quote from a registered travel agent in auckland and they said WE CANNOT ACCEPT QUOTES FROM SMALLER TRAVEL AGENCY COMPANIES. they only accept quotes from bigger companies like house of travel or sta. in their terms and conditions it does not say this anywhere and the girl argued that we cannot accept their price and was rude. However i called travel centre botany and they were more than happy to beat price from the same small company i had a quote from. ZA AND MICHEAL FROM TRAVEL CENTRE BOTANY IS THE BEST IN BUSINESS. i have been buying from manukau branch but wont be anymore, botany is the best!

Negative experience: Very rude customer service in front of other customers and when you call the complaint department they don’t do anything

Negative experience: Rang up to change a booking, got told the person my sister booked her flight with was coming in later, then found out the person wasn't in that day! It was an emergency, but the customer service representative "I felt" didn't think it was. When she told she would let the booking agent know and she can get back to me...... I was so frustrated by then, and asked if someone "who was there could help me" she put me on hold FOREVER. So I had to ring back and give the next person a piece of my mind! Is all the flight centre about is revenue? Not dealing "genuinely" with people's concerns, this flight centre in Manukau need to up there game! I have to deal with them to resolve the issue but not happy with there customer service! I would have rated it with no stars!!!
